We are all sensory beings—experiencing the world through sight, sound, smell, taste, touch, and movement. Each of us has unique sensory preferences, and in a busy, overstimulating world these can sometimes be hard to manage. At Sensory Beings my aim is to support neurodivergent adults to sustain focus, productivity, and wellbeing at work
We are all sensory beings—experiencing the world through sight, sound, smell, taste, touch, and movement. Each of us has unique sensory preferences, and in a busy, overstimulating world these can sometimes be hard to manage. At Sensory Beings my aim is to support neurodivergent adults to sustain focus, productivity, and wellbeing at work and in everyday life.
I understand how sensory challenges shape the daily lives of neurodivergent adults — especially at work.
Bright lights, noise, busy spaces, or even certain tasks can drain focus and increase stress. What overwhelms one person may feel fine to another — sensory diversity matters.
Through one-to-one video appointments, we explore your sensory profile and develop a personalised programme that supports regulation, protects your energy, and enables you to work and live in ways that feel sustainable.
